Surrounded by native woods...This is a remote place full of energies of rock and Appennine bush. At the feet of the farm flows seasonal creek Rota. The soils are made of clay and limestone, with presence of blue marl. Altitude is between 300 and 400 meters.”

Rodeado de bosques nativos... Este es un lugar remoto lleno de energías de roca y arbustos de los Apeninos. A los pies de la finca discurre estacionalmente el riachuelo Rota. Los suelos son arcillosos y calizos, con presencia de margas azules. La altitud es entre 300 y 400 metros.”
