“The Altare family has already linked its history for 5 generations. The turning point came in 2015 when Nicholas began to vinify Dolcetto DOCG for the first time, at the Principiano Ferdinando winery where 1500 bottles were produced and sold in the blink of an eye. In the following years it continued to grow, starting to produce Barbera and Nebbiolo as well as Dolcetto. The Nebbiolo vineyard was planted in 2014 and the first vinification in 2017. In 2017 the work on the cellar was completed and in 2018 it was the first vintage vinified in its cellar where 8,500 bottles were produced. of Dolcetto DOCG, 1300 bottles. of Barbera and 1300 bottles. of Nebbiolo.”

“La familia Altare ya vincula su historia desde hace 5 generaciones. El punto de inflexión llegó en 2015 cuando Nicholas comenzó a vinificar Dolcetto DOCG por primera vez, en la bodega Principiano Ferdinando donde se produjeron y vendieron 1500 botellas en un abrir y cerrar de ojos. En los años siguientes siguió creciendo, comenzando a producir Barbera y Nebbiolo además de Dolcetto. El viñedo de Nebbiolo se plantó en 2014 y la primera vinificación en 2017.
