“The vineyards extend over an area of about 5 hectares at the foot of the Reggio Apennines on a medium-textured clayey-sandy soil with the presence of shallow gravel. The Guyot system and good planting densities are used in the cultivation of the vine, this allows us to achieve an excellent vegetative-productive balance. The management of the vineyard is carried out in full respect of the territory, using only copper and sulfur for the defense of the vine, and using only natural organic matter for fertilization.The limited yields and the proliferation of useful microorganisms due to the exclusion of pesticides allow to obtain high quality grapes, an indispensable condition for giving life to wines of great expressiveness and objective genuineness and naturalness.”

“Los viñedos se extienden sobre una superficie de unas 5 hectáreas al pie de los Apeninos de Reggio sobre un suelo arcillo-arenoso de textura media con presencia de grava poco profunda. En el cultivo de la vid se utiliza el sistema Guyot y buenas densidades de plantación, esto nos permite conseguir un excelente equilibrio vegetativo-productivo. La gestión del viñedo se lleva a cabo con pleno respeto del territorio, utilizando únicamente cobre y azufre para la defensa de la vid, y utilizando únicamente materia orgánica natural para la fertilización. Los rendimientos limitados y la proliferación de microorganismos útiles debido a la exclusión de los pesticidas permiten obtener uvas de alta calidad, condición indispensable para dar vida a vinos de gran expresividad y objetiva autenticidad y naturalidad.”
